Message from Mr. Elliott
I hope all is well with everyone. I'd like to thank our community for supporting our sudden change to virtual learning a few weeks ago. We have to be prepared for anything this year and I appreciate how challenging that is for everyone. Please know that we are all here to help and our teachers and staff are committed to our students and families.
Here are a few reminders to help us stay open this year:
1. Please send your students to school at 8:25 each day. This helps us maintain social distancing and allows for supervision at our doors.
2. Remember to have your child wear a mask each day.
3. Stay connected with your child's teacher through email or other forms of communication and apps.
4. Continue to let us know if any of your children (or someone in your home) test positive. Many families continue to be responsible and this has helped us stay open as much as we have this year.
Take care everyone. Our students do a remarkable job each day and that is a credit to our families and teachers. Have a great November.
Mr. Elliott

All ordering must be done electronically. Below is the link to order form along with the school code. Your child's picture will be taken for our student information system and the yearbook even if you don't purchase a picture package. School code - 51425P In order to receive free shipping to the school, you have approximately 48 hours after Picture Day to order online at inter-state.com/order using your school’s order code. Shipping and handling charges may apply for orders placed more than 48 hours after Picture Day. Pictures will be shipped to Hadfield in about 3-4 weeks. Picture Retake Day is Tuesday December 8th. Inter-State will produce the same Picture Package that you originally ordered, using the new picture. Retake Picture Packages will be delivered to the school. If your child is absent on November 11th they will have their picture taken on December 8th.
Picture Day for Virtual Students
We will be taking pictures of our virtual students from 9:00am - 11:30am only. Virtual students will enter and exit the building at Door #6 which is near the staff parking lot. Parents will not be allowed in the building. A Hadfield staff member will be present to help students enter and exit the building. Students will need to wear a mask to enter the building and will take it off for the photo.
