Summer School Dates
Week 1: June 25, 26, 27, and 28
Week 2: July 2, 3, and 6
Week 3: July 9, 10, and 11
TESTING DAY: Only for those students needing to take the Air Test July 12
*Summer School Registration Window Closes May 11th*
Please Note: Little Miami does not provide transportation for Summer School.
General Q & A
Q: Where does summer school take place?
A: Salem Elementary
605 Welch Rd.
Morrow, OH 45152
A: Door A2 - Our teachers will be there to help each child in and out of the car rider line.
Q: May someone other than myself pick up my child?
A: Yes. You must write and sign a note giving permission. An ID is also required.
Q: Does my child need to bring school supplies?
A: Children may bring last year's supplies. We will provide supplies for those who don't.
Q: Are the doors locked during summer school?
A: Yes. Our doors remain locked while school is in session.
Q: Whom do I contact if my child is tardy or I need to pick my child up early?
A: Contact Mrs Huber at 513-518-8311.
Q: May my child bring a water bottle?
A: Yes. Children are permitted to bring water bottles (water only).
Q: May my child bring a snack?
A: Yes. We encourage children staying for both sessions to bring a healthy snack.
Q: Will my child have recess?
A: Yes! Exercise and movement stimulate the brain!
Q: May my child dress in casual summer attire to match the summer school theme.
A: Yes. Children and teachers are encouraged to come ready for "fun in the sun"! Please have your child wear closed-toe shoes appropriate for recess and outside play.
