Developing and refining facilitation skills is an ongoing pursuit. We have to be perpetually growing in our craft to better meet the needs of adult learners. This class will focus on the effectiveness of instructor-led, participant-centered training.

Management Seminar: Non-licensed Evaluations Training 2023-2024
Participants will learn how to conduct comprehensive evaluations for classified, pro-tech, and admin staff what are evaluated in Workday. Evaluators will explore the new evaluation standards and elements and how they apply to different job profiles. There will be time for questions and discussions with HR Employee Relations Director Dion Killingsworth.
