Pass It On? Yes or No...
The worst thing that can happen is that the mean talk is shared with others who never heard it and never would have, especially the person who is being talked about.
We engage in a lot of role plays and discuss scenarios with the kids, but we need your help to remind your children about ending mean talk. LaPerche kids do not spread the rumors and mean talk that is told to them or they overhear. They use their strong and powerful voice to be an upstander, someone who is willing to STAND UP for others. If they are nervous to say something, they can get an adult to help.
Please remind your child not to spread any mean talk that is told to them or that they overhear. Remind them to use their voice to tell the student to STOP and to get an adult to help when needed. Thank you!

We are also looking for a few people to bake desserts and one person to pick up the food. Thank you in advance for your help!
Please click on the link if you can volunteer.

Middle School Orientation for LaPerche 5th Grade Students at Gallagher
If for some reason you cannot attend the assigned night, it is perfectly okay to attend the other night. You do not need to let Gallagher know you are switching to the other night. (Gallagher does not have the capacity to have everyone come on the same night) Thank you.
