Greetings Parents and Guardians,
It is time to collect school-issued devices!
If your child has a school-issued laptop, Chromebook, calculator, or hotspot checked out, ensure that he or she has the device and the power cord. Inspect the Chromebook for any issues that exceed normal wear-and-tear (e.g., a cracked screen, missing keys, Grape PB&J sandwich accidentally shut in the machine).
Fees apply if the device is damaged or missing components. If the device has been lost or destroyed, the school will apply the total cost to the student's account. Parents may pay fees with a credit card, debit card, or cash. Checks are not accepted.
Early Bird Drop-Off-Available Now!
Although we have a schedule for collecting devices, if your child no longer needs the device, he or she may return it to the Media Center or the parent may return it to the front reception desk, and we will remove it from his or her account.
Below are the device collection dates:
Schedule for Digital Learners
There will be stations set up to receive devices in the back parking lot of the building. Parents will park their cars, walk to a station to return the device, and staff members will be available to assist.
- May 21 Friday, 4:30 pm to 5:45 pm
- May 22 Saturday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
- May 24 Monday, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm
- May 24 Monday, 4:30 pm to 5:45 pm
Schedule for Face-to-Face Learners
Each homeroom will visit the Media Center to return their devices.
- Grade 8: May 21, Friday
- Grade 7: May 24, Monday
- Grade 6: May 25, Tuesday
