Need to know
Return to School: Following the return to school announcement and as soon as we receive directives in writing from MEQ, we will communicate with parents. Look for a complete Return-To-School protocol tomorrow. It feels like our situation is changing daily, once again we want to thank all of you for your patience and continued support as we pivot based on directives from MEQ.
Travel Reminders during Covid: Please note that no matter how short the travel outside Canada may be or the mode of transportation, unvaccinated children 12 years of age and under must follow the Canadian Government Travel Protocols, which states that while children 12 and under do not need to stay in full isolation they MUST NOT attend school for 14 days upon return to Canada. For more information please visit, COVID-19: For unvaccinated children under 12 without symptoms and travelling with fully vaccinated parents or guardians for information regarding travel outside of Canada. Please scroll down and pay special attention to the section titled “What your child cannot do for the next 14 days” for particulars on his return to school after travel.
K-6 Parent Student Teacher Interviews ~ January 27 (8am to 8pm ~ via Zoom) and January 28 (8:30am to 12pm ~ via Zoom)
Online booking for Grades 1 to 6 will be available through Pick-a-time as of Thursday, January 20 at 3:00pm. You will have until Wednesday, January 26 at 2pm to book your appointment(s), at which time the system will be shut down.
Instructions on how to self-select appointments are included. Please note the system will only open next Thursday, January 20 at 3 pm.
Time blocks are 15 minutes in length (which includes a 10 minute appointment and 5 minutes of “travel” time).
At minimum, parents are expected to meet with their son(s) homeroom teacher.
Boys in grades 2 to 6 are to attend the interviews with their parents.

Elementary School students should be dropped off as per the times and locations as indicated below. If a student absolutely must arrive at school before their designated time there will be supervision in the yard starting at 7:50am.
Maternelle ~ enter & exit through 442 Argyle (7:50-8:00am & 2:30-2:40pm)
Grade 1 ~ enter & exit through Old Boys (East) Yard (8:05-8:10am & 3:15-3:20pm)
Grade 2 ~ enter & exit through Old Boys (East) Yard (8:15-8:20am & 3:25-3:30pm)
Grade 3 ~ enter & exit through archway by Veritas sign (8:05-8:10am & 3:10-3:15pm)
Grade 4 ~ enter & exit through archway by Veritas sign (8:15-8:20am & 3:15-3:20pm)
