COVID TRACKING BY SCHOOL, ONLINE
Nurse Jan is doing her best to enter the data received in real time, however, please keep in mind that in addition to entering data, she has also been testing anywhere between 5-25 individuals (students, staff, as well as parents and other household members or district employees from other sites) daily, working with families on return to school dates, as well as attending to her regular nursing duties.
Uniform Donations
If you have gently used pieces in wearable condition (minor stains are okay), feel free to drop them off at the front office.
You can order your yearbook now!
If you have pictures that you don't mind sharing, you can always share them to me through FB messenger, or through the yearbook post on FB. I might set up the share site again this year, but it is probably easier to just collect them from here. You can also email them to me, but I need them to be full size.

Volunteers needed!
TOY HAULER, PICK UP TRUCKS, or VANS: The PTO & APB are looking for a few parents with vehicles to help transport boxes and small pieces of school furniture from a conex in Mountain View to the Eagle Eye Storage unit behind the school. Contact APB Chair, Vanessa Hall (v.m.hall@outlook.com) for more details.
SHOVEL WALKWAYS: Throughout the winter we sometimes experience heavy snow fall during the school day. Eagle Academy does not employ a BPO. If you have time in your schedule to get here 30 minutes early to help shovel the drop off/pick up area, we would greatly appreciate it.
SCIENCE FAIR COORDINATOR: Looking for a way to get all your service hours done in one fell swoop? We are looking for a parent or group of parents to coordinate this years science fair. Most of the work is behind the scenes: Creating informational flyers, networking to find judges, preparing certificates/ribbons, organizing and facilitating set up tables in the gym on the day of the fair and tallying scores.
CLASS PARENT: Being a class parent is a wonderful way to get your school service hours in. Teachers are looking for parents to coordinate class parties, decorate bulletin boards and doors, or coordinate scholastic book orders. Best of all, many of these things do not require you to take time off from work to be at school during the school day. If you are interested, please contact your classroom teacher.
If you would like to help, please contact Ms. Diana (dominguez_kutcher@asdk12.org) or Principal Carroll (carroll_deanne@asdk12.org) or your classroom teacher.
