Please remember our arrival and dismissal times:

3:48 PM Our Fifth Grade Safeties are Dismissed to their Posts
3:53 PM Walkers and Prime Time Care Students Dismissed

3:58-4:05 Bus Students Dismissed
For the first day of school it is OK for parents to walk their child to the classroom at the beginning of the day. Starting Wednesday, September 6th, students should walk to their classes on their own.
*Our kindergarten parents may walk their child to class on Wednesday, September 6th, since this is their first full day of school.
Safety is always our priority at Dublin. We always have staff and safeties to assist students if needed. Thank you for helping us with these important arrival and dismissal procedures.

PTA's Kindergarten "Boo Hoo" Breakfast
This event is designed for kindergarten parents and is a great time to meet other kindergarten parents at Dublin, sign up for the PTA and other volunteer opportunities, ask questions and get answers about Dublin and have a cup of coffee and some snacks. We look forward to seeing our Kindergarten parents on Wednesday, September 6th.

Fire Drill Practice
PTA Welcome Back Picnic
The PTA is PRE-ORDERING pizza for this event. You must PRE-ORDER pizza for your family and have the order in to school by THURSDAY, September 7th.
We will not be selling pizza at the event on Friday night, so please order pizza in advance.
CLICK HERE for the pre-order form and send in with your money to your child's teacher by Thursday, September 7th. We also have order forms in our office. We don't want anyone disappointed on Friday night, so please pre-order.
We look forward to a fun evening. This event will take place rain or shine.
Curriculum Night 2017
Monday, September 11th for Grade 3-5
Wednesday, September 13th for Grades K-2
Both evening events will take place from 6:30-8:00 PM at Dublin.
These evenings are designed for parents only.
We ask that you start the evening with us in the cafeteria promptly at 6:30 PM, followed by grade level and classroom presentations.
Thank you for joining us on September 11th or September 13th!
Fifth Grade Camp
During our fifth grade Curriculum Night, teachers will be sharing important information about camp. Important forms will be given to parents to complete. Students will be given the information if parents are unable to attend on Curriculum Night.
There will be a Outdoor Center Open House for parents to visit the facility on Tuesday, September 19th from 5:00-7:00 PM. Parents and students may go on an informal tour of the facility and ask any questions they may have of the staff there.
Please mark your calendars for this important event.
Watch Dogs and Lunch Moms
We are looking for Dads to help at school each day. Watch Dogs is a program in which we involve dads at school. We are asking that Dublin Dads volunteer one whole day or half day this year. If you can volunteer more days, that's GREAT! When you volunteer, you will be involved in AM and PM Dismissal, lunch, recess, and also help in your child's classroom and other classrooms. We really need your help!

LUNCH MOMS
We are also looking for moms to help in our cafeteria every day from 11:20 AM-1:30 PM. Students need help opening items in their lunches, transitioning in the lunch line, moving lunches from the hallway into the cafeteria, help with cleaning up, etc. You can volunteer one time or many times. We need you!
IF you would like to sign up to be a Lunch Mom, please call our secretaries to sign up at 248-956-3800. We need you!
Picture Day
Picture Day is Monday, September 25th.
Picture Day information will be sent home with every student soon and there will be information to order online.
Please order online! It is fast, easy, and saves collecting forms.
All students and staff will have their pictures taken on Monday. Pictures will be used in our yearbook and for staff ID cards and student ID cards for the library.Parents can choose from a variety of picture packages.
