Congratulations and Good Luck Colonels!

Congratulations once again to Payton Carter for her 10th place finish at the State Golf Championship.

Congratulations goes out to the boys and girls soccer teams for winning district. The boys, both teams will play tonight girls at Madisonville at 5:30, boys in Hopkinsville at 7:30.

Congratulations to the football team on their win last Friday night. They will play again in three weeks at home against Meade Co.

Congratulations to the volleyball team on their second place finish in the Jerry Mezur Spikefest.


The Kentucky Center Governor’s School for the Arts is pleased to give the following updates to our advocates and dedicated Kentucky educators.

1. The application https://app.getacceptd.com/kentuckycentergsa for the 2018 Summer Program is now available. The deadline for students to apply is January 12, 2018.

2. Interested students can also sign-up https://www.kentuckycenter.org/education-community-arts/gsa/prospective-students/artshop/register for a GSA ArtShops. These preparation workshops allow students an additional opportunity to learn more about GSA and the application process.

Seniors - University of Louisville field trip list is posted outside the bookstore. Please check the list to see who is attending.

Students, the PSAT test registration is now open at the bookstore. If you are a 9th, 10th, or 11th grade student interested in taking the PSAT. Please stop by the bookstore and see Mrs. Joann. Cost will be $20.00. The test will be October 25th during school.

If you picked up a Legislative Page Application or a Child in My Pocket Form from the Youth Services Center please turn them back in by Wednesday 10/18 to the YSC.
