A few reminders to help arrival and dismissal run more smoothly:
* Doors do not open until 7:40am. Please have your child remain in the car until that time.
* To ease congestion in our front offices, we kindly ask that you drop your child off in the car lane or at the front door, if necessary. We have faculty and staff members available in the hallways to help your child get to class, if needed.
* Please be sure to set up dismissal plans in School Dismissal Manager (SDM) and update it as needed.
* Safety is our top priority! Therefore, students will not be dismissed after 2:30pm unless noted in SDM. If you need help updating your child's dismissal plan, please reach out to your child's campus for assistance.

EVCS would like to welcome families to our "Meet the Teacher" night scheduled for Thursday, 9/14, from 5:30-7pm. This an opportunity to meet your child's teacher, learn about their classroom and curriculum, and to ask questions about the upcoming school year.
This is an informational event for parents/guardians only.
There will be two sessions to accommodate families with more than one child.
Session 1: 5:30-6:15pm
Session 2: 6:15-7:00pm

It’s time to update your immunizations and current physical for the 2023-24 school year!
PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS:
Are your child’s vaccines up to date? NYS mandates certain vaccines are required for school. Make an appointment as soon as possible with your child’s doctor to make sure your child has all necessary vaccinations.
If vaccinations are not updated by September 21, 2023, students will not be allowed to attend school in accordance with NYS Public Health Law 2164.
Your child’s doctor can answer questions about your child’s vaccine status.
Can’t get an appointment? Call the Erie County Immunization Clinic at (716) 858-7687.
You can also get one at any Well Now or Immediate Care locations near you. Walk-ins and appointments are available.
