The Positivity Project
Next week we will focus on the characteristics of a leader, not merely what leadership is. At LMS, students are encouraged to do their best and to encourage their peers to do the same.
Our final focus of the year will be a wrap up of the other people matter mindset. The five elements of this mindset are:
1. Identifying and appreciating the good in others.
2. Knowing my words and actions affect others.
3. Supporting others when they struggle.
4. Cheering others' success.
