Dual Credit Info Session
LPS will be hosting a Dual Credit Information Meeting on Thursday, March 28th at 6pm. A Collin College representative will be here to share information regarding what dual credit is, the benefits of dual credit, and how to apply.
We look forward to seeing you here! Though most dual credit courses are only available for 11th and 12th grade students, all families are welcome to come learn about the program.
SUMMER CAMP PREVIEW
Join us for the Summer Camp Preview on Monday, March 25 from 3:30 – 5 in the elementary campus where we will provide LPS families with an opportunity to preview local summer camps that aim to keep students engaged, enthused, and learning during the summer. The following partners will be onsite to offer information about their summer camps and answer any questions you may have about their programs: NuMinds Enrichment, Club L.I.T., iCode, GradePower Learning, brickLAB, Frisco School of Music, and Abrakadoodle.
Students are welcome to attend alongside parents.
Mad Scientist Tea
Join us on Saturday, April 6 from 2 PM – 5 PM in the secondary gym for an afternoon tea with a science twist. This fundraising event for our school promises to delight with American and Indian nibbles and tea, an exciting mad scientist demonstration from Sci-Tech Discovery Center, character visits, student vendors, and more! Tickets before the day of the event are $12 and include a professional portrait of children and/or families in their afternoon-tea best emailed to attendees. In-N-Out day on Tuesday, April 2nd
In-N-Out food trucks will come out and cook the food for us right here!
Go on to MySchoolBucks and order for your child by March 31st. See the picture below for more details.
NOTE: If you ordered lunch from Wholesome Foods catering already, you can go in and cancel the order. Otherwise, don't place a lunch order for April 2nd.

3rd Nine Weeks ends 3/27
The 3rd nine weeks ends on Wednesday, March 27th.
Report cards will come home on Friday the 29th.

April Chick-fil-A ordering is open
Go to MySchoolBucks to place an order for your child to have Chick-fil-A on Fridays in April (Dates: 4/5, 4/12 & 4/26).
The deadline to order is midnight on March 31st.
Frisco Gifted Association Gifted and Talented Symposium at LPS
LPS is honored to host the Gifted and Talented Symposium presented by the Frisco Gifted Association in partnership with the University of North Texas. This event will be held on March 26 from 6 PM – 8:15 PM in LPS’ secondary campus. There is no cost for LPS parents to attend, and it is open to all families. Please see the flyers below with information and a list of speakers and breakout sessions.
