ACT Aligned Benchmarks and Progress Checks

ACT Aligned Benchmarks and Progress Checks In order to support all of our students in meeting college and career readiness benchmarks measured by the ACT our students are taking regular assessments to measure their progress. Progress checks are administered every two weeks and we will be recognizing students who score at least 5/6 on these assessments. Our next full-length benchmark is scheduled for January. Students can access their scores on these assessments using these instructions.

Blackboard Access

Families are encouraged to log into Blackboard to support your student’s academic progress. In Blackboard, you will be able to review your student’s classes, check assignments completed and better understand what they are learning in class. Tutoring

Join us on Mondays and Thursdays in the CGUHS Library for English and Math tutoring. Students may be picked up one hour after they begin tutoring by a parent/guardian or there is a 4:30 and a 6:15 p.m. activity bus for all afterschool activities. Our goal is to help all students who would like to improve their skills and grades. We hope to see more students take advantage of this great opportunity.

Additional tutoring is also available through BRAINFUSE. Students can access this by going to http://cglibrary.org, clicking on the "research" tab and selecting "student resources."
