Believe me, you were built for something!

But, I bet you are wondering what the something is… KaCey Venning wondered about that for a while too. While she didn’t understand what was happening at the moment, she was sure of one thing, you can make life experiences, good or bad, ones that create building blocks for your future.

In Built for This: A Young Woman’s Journey to Self-Discovery and Empowerment you will learn that even the life experiences that were meant and sent to break you, in fact, can build you up if you allow it. Explore with KaCey as she relives her personal experiences that built her to be stronger, more impactful, and purposeful. Reading this book can help you do the same!

Built for This will not only give you a glimpse into a journey of self-discovery but it will also provide you with affirmations, questions, and letters to ensure that you are empowered to create your own story of overcoming.

Get ready to boldly declare, “I AM BUILT FOR THIS!”

Why "Built For This"?

Built for this was born out of my need to have a short reminder that I can handle life. See, life was beating me up and I thought I was going to lose. So, I needed to do something about that, because I am winner! When life began to feel like it was too much, I say this, "You are Built For This!" The "this" was different and sometimes the same, but whatever it was, I was determined to overcome it!

Why is this book important?

Built For This allows older teen girls to the opportunity to get a glimpse of what CAN be. Often times, we feel as though no one has experienced our pain or can relate to the fight it requires to push through that pain. Most of the time, older teen girls feel this way because we stopped sharing our stories as adults. Maybe we wanted to forget our own pain. Could it be the shame that we still carry? Would if we could forgive those who hurt us, and maybe ourselves, in order to save someone else?

I wanted to be that person for some young woman who is fighting through her pain and feeling as if no one cares or understands. There is something awesome that can come from each experience. It creates a building block that we can stand upon. It creates an awareness of what is to come and who we are to be.

Even if you aren't 15 anymore and even if you aren't a woman, purchase this book for the young women in your life who need to know there's something great on the other side!
