Chromebook Cart Turn In Request
SMS Dispersal List to Track Attendance
Sedgefield teachers will now be able to use the Sedgefield Dispersal List to track student attendance when a classroom teacher is out of the building. Teachers may start using the dispersal list (attached below) on Monday, December 10th. Ms. Goldman will be by each day starting at 9:45 to pick up dispersal sheets to turn in to the front office. Detailed instructions are below. If there are any questions regarding the dispersal sheets, please email Ms. Goldman at jasmine1.goldman@cms.k12.nc.us.
Instructions:
- Under the first column on spreadsheet, record today's date, your name, and the name of the teacher that you are covering for that day.
- Under the second column, record all students dispersed to you for homeroom.
- Under the third column, record whether student is absent with an "A" or present with a "P".
- Place dispersal form in envelope marked "Dispersal" (will be provided Monday, Dec. 10th) and Ms. Goldman will be by to pick up list starting at 9:45.
