Organization of Album

Stages of emotion as titles

  • Anger, apathy, denial, loss
  • Use: listener/observer does not get lost in the "fiction" of the album; they are engaged
  • Used by filmmakers like Quentin Tarantino to showcase political messages

Has soliloquy after each title is shown

  • Anger: "If that's what you truly want...I can wear her skin over mine. Her hair over mine. Her hands as gloves. Her teeth as confetti. Her scalp, a cap. Her sternum, my bedazzled cane. We can pose for a photograph all three of us. Immortalized...you and your perfect girl."

Goes into song with short music video

After each song, it transitions into the next scene with the next stage of emotion and it continues on.
