EVAAS ROSTERS:

END OF YEAR ROUTINES: As we approach the end of year please remember all of the routines that you have taught your students this year.
- Continue to walk classes to and from specials, to monitor bathrooms, and to submit referrals when sending students to the office. Please remind all students of their responsibilities to be quiet in the hall as they transition to another location, waiting and returning from the bathrooms and recess.
- Make sure you are ready for students and in your classroom when school begins. Continue to let us know of any issues that arise or if you need support.
Lower grades: please reduce the use of hallway bathrooms on the 2/3 and 4/5 hallways in preparation for EOGs, when hallways will be blocked off and doors of classes that are testing will be open during testing.
Upper grades: please reduce the time students are in the hallways working or in the bathrooms without supervision. Use bathroom passes or some form of ck out/in system so that they are accountable to their time . Keep all students until his/her bus is called. Limit the number of students working in the hallway (recording projects, etc.).
Many students are completing projects, transferring information to Seesaw or Google folders and Google Sites this time of year. Please minimize students that are in the hall from a specific class and more in the classroom. Last it is ALL of our jobs to hold OUR students AND those in other classrooms accountable while to our school agreed upon routines that WE ALL have taught and value for our students.
STAFF MEETING, THURSDAY, MAY 16
The May Staff Meeting is this Thursday at 8:00. Please bring your laptops as teachers will need to complete a 10 minute Wake County survey. Third grade should touch base with Kevin on Friday to get directions on taking the survey.
