celebrating 26 years of excellence in catholic education
Theme for the Year: Hope
At St. Joseph Catholic School, each and every day we are training students to be missionary disciples, and learning to recognize God in our lives and in the world around us,
full of HOPE for the future.
Our Mission and Vision Statements
Mission:
St. Joseph Catholic School provides students with a nurturing and prayerful learning environment committed to academic excellence, training missionary disciples to seek virtue, wisdom, and truth, in partnership with a community of active and faithful families.
Vision:
Catholic schools in the Diocese of Fort Worth are committed to opening the doors so that our students can reach further than the walls that would otherwise enclose them and therefore are able to recognize and cherish the eternal and transcendental goods of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.
Motto:
Teaching the Mind...Nourishing the Soul
From the principal
The word "hero" conjures up a variety of images in one's imagination. Some think of characters with capes flying in the breeze, while others might imagine a fire fighter helping someone in need escape a burning building. I like to think of us somewhere in between. All of us, including our families, are doing the Lord's work when we support one another, acknowledge the struggles we are experiencing at this time, and offer prayer for healing.
Please continue to pray for the faculty and staff of St. Joseph Catholic School. We will continue to pray for all of you. May we recognize the hidden capes behind all of us as we navigate the days ahead.
St. Joseph, Protector of Families, pray for us.
Diane Price, M.Ed.L.

Take a look at the spectacular banner below from the Class of 2020. We cannot wait to get it up on the wall in the cafeteria!
COVID-19 Daily Home Screening Required for Students
Parents: Please be sure to complete this short screening each morning. If none of these apply to your child, you may come to school. Please contact the school if your child is sick or has been exposed to a positive COVID-19 individual. We will guide you on what next steps to take regarding your return date to campus.
SECTION 1: Symptoms
If your child has any of the following symptoms, that indicates a possible illness that may decrease the student’s ability to learn and also put them at risk for spreading illness to others. Please check your child for these symptoms:
1. Temperature 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher when taken by mouth
2. Sore throat
3. New uncontrolled cough that causes difficulty breathing (for students with chronic allergic/asthmatic cough, a change in their cough from baseline)
4. Diarrhea, vomiting, or abdominal pain
5. New onset of severe headache, especially with a fever
SECTION 2: Close Contact/Potential Exposure
1. Had close contact (within 6 feet of an infected person for at least 15 minutes) with a person with confirmed COVID-19
