Seuss Reading Club
A reading club focusing on Dr. Seuss books (grades 2-5)
Permission Slip Required
Permission slips are required to be able to attend club meetings. Grade 1 students need permission from their teachers as well to be in this club. Some of the writing may be difficult for first graders.
Wednesdays in January and Fridays in February
3:10-4:15
Students will meet in the library every Wednesday in the month of January. Students will meet in the library every Friday in the month of February (except2/20 midwinter break).Parents will be able to pick up students in the south parent pick-up lot .
Students will read 10 different books and write comprehension questions for each book.

Final Competition March 2nd at 4:30-5:15
The final competition will be a Jeopardy match between student groups. Each group will be 2 students.
The competition will be at Lakeland Hills Elementary right before the whole community event of "Read Around the World."
