Join us for a Plant Pre–Sale Fundraiser on Friday, May 13th from 4pm-6pm to support the Common Ground Garden Share Program that provides fresh produce from our farm for our students and their families.
$20 suggested donation for this special access:

* First pick of plants
* Avoid the Seedling Sale morning rush!
We have over 3000 seedlings and over 30 different varieties all sustainable grown on our farm. Common Ground Grown Compost will also be for sale. This is a family-friendly event.

Farm Festival & Seedling Sale
Purchase locally grown and ecologically raised seedlings for your community, school, or backyard garden! All seedlings are sustainably grown, started here on Common Ground’s farm, with CG compost, organic certified amendments and in accordance with CT NOFA Farmers Pledge.
Family-friendly activities will be happening throughout the day. The Parent Leadership Team will be hosting its annual BBQ to benefit Common Ground High School with lunch for purchase. Watch the sheep get shorn, taste spring veggies in the learning garden, get your face painted, and play with new friends!

Kimball Cartwright will lead ongoing interpretive tours of the inside and explain the sustainable features for inquiring minds. Tours leave every 20 minutes from the large multi-purpose room on the first floor.
Not available this Saturday? Kimball is here at 12:30 next Saturday, May 21st, too. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy learning about New Haven's newest green building and how it works.
