How it is done
A needle is used to release the vaccine into the baby to get his immune systems up
It's easy
It is easy like counting to one, two, three
What is Immunization?
When you are sick, your body generates antibodies to fight against the disease and help the body get better. These antibodies stay in your body even after the disease has gone, and protect you from getting the same illness again. This is called immunity. You do not have to be sick to develop immunity; you can receive a vaccine.

☼FACT☼
Immunization programs are responsible for the elimination and containment of infectious diseases that were and are common in Canada; however, more viruses and bacteria come to Canada globally. They can be hauled to Canada through travel, and can be transmitted to people who are not protected by immunization. Thus early childhood immunization should be taken seriously.
