- Click Online Registration
- Verify your information and your students information that is in Online Registration and make any necessary changes
Click Submit
Add money to meal accounts (Food Service>Pay>Amount)
Pay for activities (Fees>My Accounts>Optional Payments)

Check status of immunizations (More>Health)
Attendance tool - Parents now are able to report their child's absence online through the Parent Portal. Log into your parent portal, scroll down to > More > Absence request.

Food Nutrition and Federal Meal Benefits
All households are encouraged to apply for Food Nutrition & Federal Meal Benefits. We accept applications for school meal benefits at any time. Applications are available to fill out online in your Infinite Campus Portal, or print a copy from our website. Having qualified applicants provides benefits for families as well as an increase in school funding to ensure students receive the support they need to receive a comprehensible world class education.

Households already approved for public assistance programs can complete an Application for Educational Benefits using case number(s) instead of household income information:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP)
- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
Kindergarten Students
Do you have a Kindergarten student?
Kindergarten Assessment is scheduled for August 9. Please follow the directions that were sent to you to register via https://ptcfast.com/schools/Ripley. Please contact the Ripley office if you have any questions.
Remember: To begin Kindergarten a child needs: 5 DTaP/DT, 4 Polio, 2 MMR, 3 Hep B, 2 Varicella (or doctor's note to verify history of disease) or a medical or conscientious exemption . Please bring clinic or MIIC records of shots received or exemption documents
You might find that online registration is already complete or you only completed it for your kindergarten child and you need to complete it for older children.
If you see the following message, you have already completed registration for all members of your household: Your Online Registration application has already been submitted. You cannot make a changes online at this time. If you need to make a change, please contact the district office. For a PDF copy of the submitted data, please click the link.

12th grade students
Teenagers and young adults are at higher risk for meningococcal disease. This booster dose is important to make sure they are fully protected through their highest-risk years.
If this immunization is complete, please send a copy to the school office as soon as possible.
If your child needs this booster dose, please schedule an appointment with your child’s health care provider to get this vaccine, or get a legal exemption before school starts in the fall.
7th grade students
The Minnesota Department of Health and School Mandated Immunizations Laws require all incoming 7th grade students to receive a Tdap and a Meningococcal immunization PRIOR to entering 7th grade.
When immunizations are complete, please send a copy to the school. All immunizations must be completed and on record in the school health office or your child may be excluded from school.

Transportation
- Transportation questions and/or changes should be directed to Hicks Bus Line.
Please notify Hicks Bus if your children are not going to be riding the bus or if they are riding from/to a location other than home. This would be a great help in determining the bus routes.

Internet Safety
Parents of students in grades 5-12 will be able to download an app to any Android or iOS device which will allow them to view their child's internet search history or social media activity that occurs on the school owned device after school hours. Watch for more info on this as school starts and how to sign up using your email address. All district devices will be filtered using our Securly filtering system.
