pinch of saffron powder

pinch of oregano

salt and pepper to taste

3 cups (750 ml) long grain rice

8 cups (2 L) chicken stock

1/2 pounds (225 g) peeled raw prawns

1 1/2 cups (375 ml) frozen peas

2 medium tomatoes, peeled and cubed

12 clams in the shell.
