Katie Schumacher will share her "Don't Press Send" message to Garden City Middle School Students

Sponsored by the GC PTA Health and Safety Committee, grades 6 through 8 will each attend an assembly hosted by Katie Schumacher on January 30th. Students get important lessons about cyber civics and the need for social media guidelines. Mrs. Schumacher provides students strategies as they navigate the ever-changing technological world, by promoting kind and careful online communication, in the hope of preventing them from harming others or themselves.

NYU Winthrop Hospital's SCORE Program - Education for Our Community

NYU WInthrop Hospital's Sports Medicine Department is actively involved in the community to provide education to local organizations and parents. Their Sports Community OutReach Education Program (SCORE) is an educational series of one-hour workshops offered at no cost to our community at the NYU Winthrop Research and Academic Center.
