June 2, 2016 Meeting
We were discouraged that only aproximately 10 homeowners attended this meeting. What we want you to understand is that this is YOUR COMMUNITY, and everything discussed and voted on involves you and the value of your property (e.g., handling of expenses, landscaping, repair and maintenance issues, association dues, lien processes, common area problems, dog waste). It is important that you make an effort to attend these meetings to have a voice in making decisions about your property investment, and reporting problems that we may not be aware of.
Meeting Follow-up
If anyone approaches your property or comes to your door to sell anything, this includes ministries, STOP them immediately and tell them this is a "No Solicitation Community", and you are not interested. Do not allow them into your home and do not encourage them to deliver their sales pitch. Plain and simple, ask them to please leave the neighborhood.
Landscaping
It is important that each homeowner maintain his or her property including grass and flowerbeds in the front of your unit so the landscapers can do their job. They will NOT touch any trash or move any items in order to cut your grass or edge. It is your responsiblity to have your property neat and clean for landscapers to access.
