All Scituate educators participated in a professional development on Friday, October 6th. The day began with an EdCamp which included topics from project-based learning, using technology as a tool in the classroom, improving school cultures, Google Suite for Education, and MANY more! Unity Day for ALL Scituate Schools October 25th

We encourage all students and staff to wear orange on October 25th

Make it ORANGE and make it end! What are your true colors when it comes to bullying? If you care about safe and supportive schools and communities make your color ORANGE on Unity Day. That’s the day everyone can come together – in schools, communities, and online – and send one large ORANGEmessage of support, hope, and unity to show that we are together against bullying and united for kindness, acceptance and inclusion.

Individuals across the nation, and even world-wide, can participate in Unity Day.

From Social Studies

Mrs. Buonaccorsi's Period 4 and 6 students are collecting donations for Rhode Island foster kids. The students would like to purchase backpacks and fill them with personal necessities for R.I. foster kids. All donations will be made through the R. I. Department of Children, Youth and Families.

From our Artists

SHS art students worked on creating a "Unity" banner for the Unified game held on Thursday. Thank You to Emily Petrarca, Laura Allard, Emma Buehrer, Ryan Holt and Sara Desilva for doing the designing and painting! Great Job!
