Braking distance- the distance the car needs in order to come to a complete stop after applying the brakes.
Stopping distance- the sum of the thinking and braking distances.
Formulas
Euler Notation y=f(x)
f(x) replaces y- value
Mapping Notation f:x -> f(x)=y
f:x -> replaces the y-value
