Who votes and who doesn't?
Its the citizens civic responsibility to vote, however it is optional. Some people do not vote just because they don't care. Others don't because they do not meet the requirements to vote.
Those who do vote is usually because they are part of a political party and have a positive look on government.
- Straight Ticket voting is the practice of voting for every candidate that a political party has on a general election ballot.
- Split Ticket voting is a vote for candidates of different political parties on the same ballot, they aren't for one specific party.
Ballot Fatigue
- When people vote so much on election days that they become apathetic because of tiredness or boredness.
