Walter Cunningham

Biography
Walter Cunningham was a retired astronaut, which he was born in March 16, in Creston, Iowa. As he grew up, he served in the Navy, then he took his commissions and enlisted in the Marine Corps. He then worked as a scientist in Rand Corporation for 3 years prior to joining NASA.
Why was he important?
He served in the military which helped the country in conflicts, and he served in NASA in the Apollo 7 crew.
How does he impact life?
HE impacted life around the world because space travel is definitely possible and someday we could reach to the stars.
What question would I ask him if he was still alive?
If I had the chance to ask him a question, I would ask him, "How does it feel to be one of the few to go to space and how was it up there?"
