It is the holiest of Jewish sites. It is the last standing wall of the great second temple built by King Herod. It was rebuilt in 20 BCE.

The salt water makes you float. It is the lowest point below sea level. Nothing is living in the Dead Sea.

There was a Tallit weaver weaving Tallits by hand.He was using a loom to make the Tallits.
