FAFSA Toolkit

With FAFSA season less than a month away, the Arizona Commission for Postsecondary Education and the Valley Leadership Education Impact Team are excited to countdown the debut of the new FAFSA toolkit that will be available Friday, September 20th on the website! The toolkit includes FAFSA resources for counselors, students, and parents in one easy to navigate online platform. Counselors will be able to download PDF's, training webinars, and a social media toolkit to promote their FAFSA events!

Register today for the AZ FAF$A Challenge webinar scheduled for Tuesday, September 24th from 9:30am-10:30am to learn about the new 52% state goal, updated website features, and the new and exciting challenges and incentives!

Community FAFSA Events

In addition to FAFSA events being held at high schools, there are also several community organizations that will be hosting events as well. Here is a list of community FAFSA events that students and parents can attend to complete their FAFSA.

College Depot will be hosting FAFSA workshops on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, October 1st 1-5pm
  • Saturday, October 5th 1-4pm
  • Wednesday, October 9th 4-6pm
  • Friday, December 27th 1-4pm

  • Saturday, October 12th 10am-2pm at Phoenix College

Northern Arizona College Resource Center (NACRC)

  • Students and families can schedule appointments with the NACRC to receive one-on-one assistance with completing their FAFSA. Appointments are available during the week, evenings and on weekends.
