CTMS Math & Science Team
If your student is interested in participating with the CTMS Math Science Team this year, please complete the following:
1) Parents, please fill out the parent information form using the following link: https://goo.gl/forms/655ADUEyLAkjaUh93 - We need all returning and new parents to please complete this so we have an updated list for this year.
2) Students, please join the CTMS Math Science Team Google classroom using the code j3xx2i. If you were a member last year you will not need to join the classroom as it is the same classroom from last year.
We will be sending out information to the parents at the end of this week and hope to start practices next week.

Math:
-dividing 4 digit numbers by 2 digit divisors using a variety of methods and models
Language Arts:
-analyzing, making inferences, and drawing conclusions about persuasive text
Science:
-changes in ecosystems
-inherited traits and learned behaviors
Social Studies:
-exploring the economics, government, and culture of the original thirteen colonies
Scantron Reports
In ASPIRE Academy, we use the scantron reading and math assessments at beginning and end of year to track student growth and progress. Beginning of year reports went home today. There is a lot of helpful information we hope you gain from them!
Mistakes = Growth
We've been working hard to help students understand the power of making mistakes because those mistakes can lead you to new discoveries. Some are accepting mistakes even easier now but some are still struggling. We will continue to work with them!
