To Know God and Make Him Known
Thank You for Registering for the Round Rock 3-Day Practicum
Round Rock Church of Christ
Arrival
When you arrive, you will find two registration locations: one for registering with children and one for registering without children. Registration begins each day at 8:30 AM. Adults will register upon entry, and children will be registered in their classrooms. (Please note that each of our adult camp leaders has had a background check performed on him/her.) A student roster will be available for each room and will include a place for you to sign in your children upon arrival. This sheet will also be used to sign your children in and out for lunch, and out again at the end of the day. This will assist the camp leaders with attendance, safety, and security of the children. The practicum will begin promptly at 9 AM and conclude at 4 PM each day, so please allow at least 15 minutes or more for registration the first day.

Facility
We are grateful for the Round Rock Church of Christ and the many ways they have opened their doors to us. As a Christian organization, we want to exemplify Christ in our actions by keeping the building clean, not running in the hallways, and being polite and courteous to others. The Round Rock Church of Christ has an open door policy which means we will be asking you to be extra quiet in the halls. Parents, it is imperative that you talk with your children about these rules and watch your children at all times! You will also want to tag important possessions (backpacks, notebooks, etc.) with your child’s first and last name so that we can reunite lost items with their proper owner.
We are delighted that you will be joining us for this 3 Day Parent Practicum and pray that you will leave this time equipped, encouraged, and empowered in your homeschooling and academic endeavors. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your practicum team hostess, Betsy Hindes, at betsyhindes@yahoo.com.

Lunch
There will be minimal seating inside the church. Therefore, please bring a picnic lunch and join us across the street at the beautiful public park. There are several covered seating areas at the park, but you may want to pack a blanket or picnic chairs.
Please be prompt in picking up your children from their camps so that the helpers can eat lunch also.
This is a NUT FREE Event
The needs of our children attending require that our practicum be completely NUT FREE. This includes any nuts as well as nut butters (yep, that means no peanut butter).
**Please keep your children with you during the lunch hour;
they must be supervised at all times.**
