Behavior Therapy
Behavioral Therapy aim is to help clients deal with psychological problems. Behavior therapies principles and procedures also are used to modify everyday problems. Kind of like CBT but it deals with the less intense problems like phobias. Since procrastination is not as intense as an anxiety disorder behavioral therapy would probably be best. For example the person could take small steps with getting things done. Those small steps leads to positive reinforcement that will lead to the client taking bigger steps to stop procrastination.
