Cognitive Behavior Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is defined as a treatment that changes cognitions that are the maintaining conditions of psychological disorders. It has been used to treat individuals with OCD, Anxiety, and Autism. CBT can be used with Behavioral Therapy for example taking what's taught in CBT applying it to everyday life is a form of Behavioral Therapy.
Behavioral Therapy aim is to help clients deal with psychological problems. Behavior therapies principles and procedures also are used to modify everyday problems. Kind of like CBT but it deals with the less intense problems like phobias. Since procrastination is not as intense as an anxiety disorder behavioral therapy would probably be best. For example the person could take small steps with getting things done. Those small steps leads to positive reinforcement that will lead to the client taking bigger steps to stop procrastination.
