Frog Pond School Newsletter 1/2022
Volume 21-22 Issue 5
Tom Denning, Principal
Hello Frog Pond Family!
It’s hard to believe that we are almost halfway through the school year! I am pleased to say that with all of the challenges this year has brought, the students have been amazing! Getting to see first hand the collaboration of staff and the teamwork of our students has been a pleasure!
There are some exciting things happening at Frog Pond and more to come. To finish the month of January, our 6th Graders had the opportunity for several days in the star lab during their Science classes. Looking ahead, our Candy Gram sales are always popular and on sale until February 8th. They will be delivered on February 11th to all who purchased, and all proceeds support our 6th grade field trip.
February 17th will be the 100th day of school, and we look forward to seeing everyone dressed like they are 100 years old! Our PTO will hold it’s very popular Candy Bar Bingo on Friday, February 18th, and look for our flyer for the February spirit days on 2/16, 2/22 & 2/23! Also, The Frog Pond Inventor’s Fair will take place in school on 2/24, 2/25, & 2/26.
Our positive behavior program continues and the students look forward to collecting tickets based on their good behavior! All of our photos are shared each month in this Frog Pond newsletter and on the Frog Pond Elementary Class Dojo.
Thank you for your continued support!
Sincerely,
Thomas P. Denning
Principal
