ECHS June Newsletter

Big picture

Hello ECHS Students and Parents,

Students and Parents,

We hope this last newsletter of the year finds you all well. As most of you are in the midst of finals we are purposely keeping our comments and this newsletter brief. Just some brief reminders as you leave for the summer.

For those of you that are seniors we look forward to celebrating your amazing accomplishments at our graduation next week and we will save our comments for that special night. It has truly been an honor and a privileged to work with you this year.

Juniors, our hope is that we see you back in the fall rested, relaxed and rejuvenated after the summer break. We will call on your leadership, guidance and support as we bring a new group of students into this program in the fall and we will see you all at Senior Day on September 4th.

Best of luck on your remaining finals.

-ECHS Staff

Senior Check Out

Seniors and parents, as we mentioned in previous emails and in the previous newsletter you will need to check out of your home high school and check out from ECHS before you ride off into the sunset. Below are details and thank you to all of you that have already completed these tasks over the last several weeks.

Home High School -Check out to resolve any outstanding fines or fees. Your home high school will not issue your diploma or final transcript until any fees are resolved and the check out is complete.

ECHS:

1) Textbook return – if you borrowed textbooks from ECHS plan on returning any to the ECHS office during finals week

3) Chromebook return – you must turn in your Chromebook to avoid a rather steep fine and to prevent your diploma from being held. Chromebooks may be turned in starting May through finals week to the ECHS office at Rock Creek or Sylvania.

Thank you and please contact our main office with questions.

Seniors - Reminders about transcripts and diplomas

Official transcripts and Diplomas can only be issued by your home high school. ECHS cannot issue official transcripts.

For Diplomas and diploma covers - they are available at your home high school after July 4th. Contact your home high school after July 4th for a good time to for pick up.

Final Official Transcripts - These will also not be ready until after July 4th. Check your home school or their website for their transcript request process. You must complete the home high school check out process to receive official transcripts or have them sent to your chosen college or university
