Washington D.C. Rehearsal Schedule
Rehearsals:
May 26th 3pm-4:30pm @ MHS - Stand still
June 6th 10am - Noon @ Irons MS
June 16th 10am - Noon @ LHS
June 18th 10am - Noon - Juneteenth Parade - FULL UNIFORM
Performance:
June 27th 9am - 1pm
Mandatory Parent/Traveler Trip Meeting
June 27th 5:30pm-6:30pm in the CHS Auditorium
Color Guard
SCHEDULE UPDATE:
Color guard will meet from 9am - noon on June 16th (instead of 10am-noon).
This extra hour will help us to solidify the flag work and make us all feel MUCH more comfortable before the June 19th performance.
We learned the "Parade Sequence" work on May 26th. Please use the video/notes to review that work and practice!!
We will learn the "Stand Still" work at the next 2 practices, but you are welcome to view the video/notes in advance of the practices.

Payment Update
Each Payment is due on the 15th of each month. Payments will be $150 each.

Washington FAQ's
Here are some FAQ's for the trip.....
- Can parent's attend?
Yes, parents may attend. However, every adult attending the trip will be required to serve as a chaperone, and help with duties as assigned. We will try to have 1 chaperone per 10 students, and parents will be allowed on a first come first serve basis.
- Should I purchase trip insurance?
Yes, but please wait until September 23rd when we can provide you with more detailed information and guidance.
- Will we be flying?
Yes!
- Must students be enrolled in band to attend.
Yes, current high school students must be enrolled in band to attend, and in good standing.
