A Note From The Principal
Dorr Families,
Thanksgiving is often a time of reflection for all the things we are grateful for. This sentiment was echoed in our first official "Snow Day Challenge" last Friday. It was so heartwarming to hear what our students are grateful for the most.
As we enter into the big Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I encourage you to step away from the hustle and bustle of traveling, dinners, and of course the Lions game, and reflect upon what you are grateful for. I then, challenge you to share an affirmation with someone to let them know you are grateful for them! Sharing is caring this time of year and an affirmation is a gift that will last a life time.
The staff and I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to you, our Dorr Family. Thank you for supporting your student. By doing so, you support our mission to keep students first and provide them a safe, nurturing learning environment. If you are traveling this weekend we wish you a safe journey and can't wait to see you back on Monday, November 28th!
happy Thanksgiving!
