It's A Great Day to Be a Cardinal!
May 17-21
Dear Cardinal Families,
Wow, it is hard to believe this is our last full week of school. We have a lot planned for the last week and a half of school. This week we will have Down on the Farm day on Thursday. Monday will be our Field Day with Kona Ice. Next Tuesday we will have the traveling circus and next Wednesday is the last day of school with dismissal at 11:00.
Below you will see a nomination form to nominate a teacher that has made a difference in your child's education. McDonald's is choosing two winners to receive $1,000 in classroom supplies. I personally feel that we have some of the best teachers who are well worthy of winning.
I hope you have a fantastic week and feel free to reach out with any questions.

McDonald's Contest for Teacher Appreciation
The local McDonald’s restaurants and the Owner/Operators of Ohio, are hosting a contest to support two lucky teachers. Rounding out Teacher Appreciation Week last week, the brand is calling upon friends, family, social media users, colleagues, you name it to nominate a teacher in their lives that goes above and beyond for their classroom.
Two lucky winners will be selected late next week. Winners will each win a $1,000 school supplies stipend on behalf of McDonald’s to help continue their success in the classroom and educating the future leaders in the community.

Charge the Chromebooks!
Please make sure your child gets in the habit of charging their chrome books each evening. It is important that they come to school prepared and the chrome books are as important to class as bringing paper and pencils. They will need their computers to fully participate in instruction in most classes.
