Today Was a Great Day!
February 7, 2023: Message from Superintendent Stephens.
BCS Community:
Today was a great day! Were some parts of the school day different from usual? Most likely, but our students and staff adjusted, and I want to say thank you for your efforts.
I have a few items to share today:
- Due to manual entry of information, attendance notifications may be delayed during this time.
- Alarms, doors, intercoms are functioning in all schools. These systems were not part of our current outage. School office telephones were restored yesterday. I want to assure our community that the safety of our students and staff remains our priority.
On behalf of the Board of Education, I express our sincere appreciation to our entire school community for the teamwork being demonstrated across the school district. We look forward to having our students back in our school and campuses tomorrow.
Did you know today was the 100th day of school?

My thanks and appreciation for your continuous support.
