Star Showcase
Students will showcase art projects done at home or at school. Projects can include pieces of writing, book projects, science projects, sports awards, musical performances, baking, or sewing. Anything they are pound of, we want to show it off!
All students will submit something completed at school. In addition, students can choose to bring in other talents from home. All items to display must be at school by noon on the 18th. If someone is performing, they must audition with Mrs. Fisher and have their final selection by April 16th.

Grants!
Our second grant, from the Rasmuson Foundation and the Alaska State Council on the Arts, will provide the funds for two Live-Looping performances. This modern music art form incorporates participation from the audience while teaching the respect of individuality. There will be two one hour performances during the school day and this will be open to families and the community. An exact date and times will be released later this month.
