Client Description

My client is a 31 year old marathon runner. She weighs 115 lbs and she's 5'6. Her BMI is 18.6 kg/m which is underweight.

My client will gain 10 pounds by taking in 2000 calories per day by eating food in various food groups and increasing her protein intake.

FOR THE VIDEO:

- I used apple sauce instead of oil because it has no fat and it's sugar free (and it's unsaturated)

- I used cage free eggs from farm raised chickens instead if factory raised corn fed ones

- I used olive oil instead of butter because it's unsaturated fat and there's zero cholesterol
