1. She as an English teacher at Carver Middle High School for 10 years before becoming a guidance counselor in 2008.
2. Mrs. Doyle was one of her first students in the late 90s.

The 6-12 choruses were happy to be able to perform an outdoor, socially-distanced concert for friends and family on Thursday. If you missed it, it will be running on the Area 58 channel soon!

Last week (for Halloween) Mr. Lyman's class learned about inertia while completing an obstacle course with a bowling ball. Instructions were provided by Wario from Super Mario Kart fame.
This week, students worked together with partners to investigate how mass affects an object's inertia using our Car and Ramp setups.

Grade 7 students in Technology engineering have begun building their balsa structures that they will test for efficiency.

Several Carver Middle High School teachers participated in an organic gardening workshop in which they discussed organic gardening best practices. During the workshop participants planted garlic in the CMHS greenhouse and began repairing the greenhouse which was extensively damaged during a winter storm several years ago. The teachers will continue repair work over the next couple of weeks after school.

Miss. Bishop’s class discussed how they plan to make a difference this week. Some students said they would practice better social distancing, wear masks, and help around the house.
