Message from the Principal
Today is an exciting day since EVA is officially one month old.
As a new school, it has been a great launch and we are finally settling into our instructional routines in the classroom. Being responsive to our student’s needs, please reach out to your teachers, Mr. Schilaty, and myself if you have any questions or have any type of need.
Thank you for your partnerships in your student’s success at Everett Virtual Academy.
Material Pick Up
Please enter the back parking lot area of JHS off of 136th St SE. Big green Enter arrow on the right of the map.
You will be handed a card, clipboard, and pen at the 2nd orange star. Please fill out student ID, name, and grade. Book numbers will be added when they are picked up. At the end of the pick up line, someone will collect the cards, clipboards, and pens.
Please stay to the right in the car line until you pick up your last grade level’s materials.
Please leave the car line to the left once your pick up is complete and please don’t forget to drop your cards, clipboards, and pens with the last person who will be located at the last orange star.
You can then exit to either the left or right as indicated by the blue Exit arrows.
Basic supplies that were not picked up in September will be available in limited quantities. Also, we will have a limited number of EPS Art Calendars available.
Leftover materials will be taken to Jackson Elementary Portable 4 and be available for pick up starting Thursday, October 7. Times for Pick Up are weekdays from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Health and Medication Alerts Messages
A separate message will be sent out to families who have students who required emergency medications at school for a severe medical condition such as asthma, anaphylaxis, seizures, and or diabetes at their previous in-person school site.
Responding to the message will be extremely important for our students who will be testing on site.

Library Interest Survey
The link below is a survey to find out who is interested in accessing in person library books for our Kindergarten through 5th grade students.
We are currently working to solidify a library for our Grade 6 through 8 students. That survey will be coming soon.

Family Connections and Parent Directory
Information will only be shared with the specific grade-level and class only. It will not be shared school-wide.
As we create a new school, we would like to establish a family/student connections group for each of our classrooms and grade-levels. The first goal is to give families and students opportunities to connect and safely socialize with other families and students.
The second goal is to have a Parent Liaison for each class/grade-level who can work with teachers and classrooms at Everett Virtual Academy to lead the work in connecting families with other families.
If you would like to be added to the parent directory or have interest in being a Parent Liaison, please complete this survey.
Information will only be shared with the specific grade-level and class only. It will not be shared school-wide.
We are the EVA Blue Dragons! Congratulations to our student art winner Shaffer in 6th grade. #GoDragons
