Birmingham Education Foundation Partners with BCS Schools and Families to Learn More about Immediate Needs During the Pandemic

Birmingham City Schools (BCS) is working diligently to provide our scholars and families with the necessary resources during this time, which is why the district is proud to announce that we have partnered with the Birmingham Education Foundation. The Ed Foundation understands this is a critical moment for our community right now, and is concerned about making sure that students and their families have whatever they need to ensure their best educational outcomes. This partnership between BCS and the Ed Foundation will help the foundation better understand the current, immediate needs of families, students and educators.

We ask all students, parents or guardians, teachers, and school leaders to participate in a brief survey so the Ed Foundation has a better understanding of how they can continue to support BCS. Participate in the Ed Foundation survey.

Additionally, the Ed Foundations encourages stakeholders to reach out to their team with questions. Email Meryem Tunagur,
