Cherry Drive Weekly Update

Thanks to all our families that joined us for Thanksgiving lunch and those of you who attended our Fundraiser assembly. We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving break. We will see you on Monday, November 27th.

Our Giving Tree is up outside the office with ornaments that each list a student or sibling that we are hoping to help out with holiday gifts/clothing. Please consider selecting an ornament(s) and purchasing items for families in our community. Each ornament provides the child's name, age, gender, clothing sizes and interests/needs.

Parents and guardians can check out any ornaments you select in the office. Wrapped gifts with the ornament attached (or the ornament number written on the package) can be turned into the office no later than Monday, December 18th. Thank you for making a difference for our community during the holiday season!

If your family would like to be a recipient of holiday gifts, you can fill out this form with your child & siblings information. Please complete the form by 12/1. We will reach out about picking up gifts the week of 12/18. We are missing ornament numbers 4, 20, 25 and 29. If you picked these up, please call our office so we can sign you up. Thanks!

If you are interested in having your child be considered for the GT identification process please complete this form by 12/6/2023. Late nominations will not be accepted. All grades testing at Cherry Drive will take place on January 17 and 18, 2024 (CogAT is a two-day test for K-5 so nominated students will test both days).
