Rockwell's Mission Statement

The mission of Norman Rockwell Elementary school guarantees each child achieves personal excellence and develops character traits to become responsible citizens by creating a world-class elementary school through diverse and engaging educational experiences provided by a caring team of family, students, staff, and community in a positive and safe environment.

Happy Summer

Hello Rockwell Staff and Families,

Rockwell remained Optimistic as our staff and families took on the Challenges of remote learning. Kindness and grace were what we gave to one another & this helped us persevere. There are so many lessons and experiences that we gained throughout the process. "Well-done" to all the Rockwell staff and families. We should not be surprised at our resilience because “We are Rockwell!” We started the race and stayed the course. With each week we felt more Encouraged and effective.

Teaching and Learning was different for everyone. Memories were created that we'll talk about for years to come. As we think about next year, we certainly hope to have students enjoying Life again within the classrooms and halls of Rockwell! Have a great summer and thank you for everything.

Please be on the look out for online enrollment information from the Millard District this Summer.

Joycilyn Y. Rozelle, Principal

Free Meals Will Continue Through The Summer!

Did you know you can pick up for your kids, neighborhoods, grandkids, etc... Children do not need to be present to receive meals.

Come within the serve time and let us know how many meals you need. We have a Friday distribution that gives them 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches to cover the entire weekend.

We are serving 10:00-12:30 daily from Cody, Sandoz, Disney, Cenrtal Middle School, Horizon High School, Millard South High School, Millard North High School, Millard Norht Middle School, Rockwell, and Holling Heights. We also encourage walk up traffic for those families who don't drive or are out enjoying the weather.

This is open to everyone ages 1-18.
