Principal Petrick Message

Hello Bobcat Families,

Congrats to everyone for surviving the first week of Hybrid instruction! I know it will only improve as we get more practice with it over the coming weeks. It was SO GREAT to see students back at school and they all did so well with our safety protocols - we are very PROUD of them! We are excited to see our 3rd - 6th graders join us next week!

We noticed how carefully people are driving through our pick up area each afternoon and we appreciate it! Please come with your "patience pants" on as we have to excuse students in waves to keep them overcrowding in the hallways. The majority of our students are being picked up by car which causes crowding in the pick up area. What is a good time to arrive to pick up my child you ask - good question!

K - 2 11:45 - 12p.m.

3-6 12:05 - 12:20p.m.

If you arrive early and your child isn't out front, please drive the circle and re-enter so we can get the students that are ready in cars. Always pull forward, when you are in the line. If you have students in K-2 and 3-6, you are welcome to come at the later time and we will keep your younger student safe until you arrive.

Thanks in advanced for your continued patience, cooperation and understanding as we do our best to keep kids safe.

Go Bobcats!

Mr. Petrick

Plan for sick child in Hybrid?

If your student plans on returning in person for hybrid, it will be good to have a plan in place in case they show signs of illness and need to be sent home. Students that show signs of illness in the morning, should stay at home and participate remotely via CDL as they are able. Bring Chromebook To In Person Learning

For student returning to in person learning, they should bring their CHARGED Chromebook with them. We likely cannot support non-hsd machines at school. It is recommended to use a Chromebook. If your student needs a Chromebook, one will be provided to them when they arrive. If you know your child is going to need one - please COMPLETE THIS FORM so we can anticipate and have one ready for them.
