Fifth graders are busy learning about local Kelp Forest food webs. Students are modeling energy flow and matter cycling through these food webs in order to discover how biodiversity and conservation are necessary to protect these delicate ocean ecosystems. Students have been physically and artistically modeling these complex interactions. Fifth graders showed grit and self- control when working together in teams to accomplish their modelling.

Kindergarten artists have been busy studying the weather in science and in their classrooms so we created these stunning ceramic rainbows. Students learned about the process clay goes through and worked on rainbow color order.
4th graders are studying the California missions. They created these drawings of the missions which will soon turn into Spanish tiles as they etch their drawings into clay.
P.E.
2nd Grade students are learning how to create power when kicking a ball. Generating energy by gaining speed before impact. Students are given a variety of drills and competitions to increase their power and make kicking a ball fun!
