This year we have returned to 83-minute classes and A/B/C/D Days - check out the new schedule at the link above.

You will receive your schedule at this time. This is our daily schedule. Make sure your new schedule is checked against the one viewed on the portal or in Schoology – sometimes changes are made before the start of the school year.

Schedules have been released on the Infinite Campus Portal

Counselors have made every effort to keep your schedule as similar as possible to the schedule that you were shown in the spring, however sometimes minor changes were made to balance class sizes and/or ensure that you are taking the appropriate classes for graduation. At this time, all schedule change requests MUST be made prior to the first day of school.


Schedule changes will be granted for the following reasons:

1. You are missing a class required for graduation

2. You are scheduled to take a class that you have already passed

3. You are scheduled for the wrong level for a course (for example, you are scheduled to take Advanced Placement English but have changed your mind and no longer wish to take AP)


If your situation falls into one of these three scenarios, please email your school counselor BEFORE the first day of school to request a schedule change. Counselors will be working over the next two weeks to address all requests to have all schedules firmly set on the first day of school. As a reminder, your counselor can be reached at:

School Roadways and Parking Lots:

Pedestrians have the right of way at all times.


You may not park in the front loop at any time.


Student parking:

Students wishing to park in school lots must fill out a Student Driver Permission Form (available on the website) the first week of school. There is a four-day grace period for parking. Student vehicles parked in the lot without a parking permit after September 9 will be towed.

Building Entrance

Only use the main entrance to enter the building. Please use the Wiedrick Road driveway and park in the North Parking Lot (not the bus loop) when you come to the building during the school day.

Students attending PLTW IED and PLTW/RIT Comp. Int. Manf./Manf. Material Proc. at PalMac HS

PLTW Intro to Engineering Design and PLTW/RIT Computer Integrated Manufacturing classes take place on B/D Days at Palmyra-Macedon High School. Students need to report to the Main Office for attendance, and then will be bussed over at 7:30am. on B/D Days.

Early Dismissal/Student Assistants

If you have either Late Arrival/Early Dismissal or Student Assistant on your schedule, please send the contract necessary for your assignment to the Main Office as soon as possible (the forms are located on the website). Both are privileges that you have earned and have guidelines that must be adhered to. The contracts must be signed and returned by Friday, September 9 in order for this privilege to remain on your schedule.

Absences, Tardies and Early Dismissals:

Parents and guardians can now report their student's absence online - you can access it under the HS Parent tab or on the HS Attendance/Health Office page. If your student will be late, unable to attend or is leaving school early, please inform Mrs. Laura Hall in the Attendance/Health Office. Contact the Mrs. Hall with questions at 315-986-3521, x3160.

Picture Day is 9/14!

A note to Ruben A. Cirillo HS Parents:


We have partnered with Inter-State Studio/SLR Photo for School Pictures again this year. They will be at our school on the date below to photograph our students and staff.

You may go online to view and pre-order your picture packages by going to the link, and using the code below. You can pre-order up until noon on Sept 15 2022, or you can send a check or cash order in with your student on picture day. Just follow the directions on the paper flyer.
